It Really Is All About the Baby!

Since Jack has arrived, Mike's and my conversations are all about him!

• How long did he sleep?


• Did he poop in his diaper? If so, what did it look like?


• When was the last time he was fed? Depending on the time, this question leads to.... How many ounces should I heat up?(this one is Mike's favorite)


• Does he need to be changed?


• He hasn't cried in 1/2 hour - is he breathing?


• Does he want to be swaddled?


• Why is he crying?

I believe Vince Vaughn said it best in Old School: "....there's my wife. Now, see that: always smiling, hi honey, judging, watching. Look at the baby! Look at the baby! "
